Customers may request cancellation of a new broadband connection before installation is completed. Refund eligibility will be subject to verification of the installation status and applicable charges.
Installation charges, activation charges, and material costs (if any) are generally non-refundable once installation work has commenced or been completed.
Broadband plan subscription charges paid for an active service are non-refundable after service activation. Customers are advised to review plan details before making payment.
If NK Broadband is unable to provide service due to technical feasibility issues before activation, eligible payments may be refunded after deducting any applicable processing or installation expenses.
OTT subscriptions, digital content services, and third-party platform activations included with broadband plans are non-refundable once activated.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days through the original payment method wherever possible. Actual credit timelines may depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Customers wishing to discontinue services may contact our support team. Service cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund of unused subscription periods.
